SMS Messaging Terms

Purpose of the service

Dolce Vita Limousine offers optional automated SMS notifications relating to transportation quote requests submitted through our website.

If you choose to receive these notifications, we will send:

  • Confirmation that we have received your quote request.

  • A notification when your quote has been sent to the email address you provided.

This SMS program does not include advertising, promotional offers, newsletters, or unrelated marketing messages. Your quote is provided by email, not by SMS.

Consent

You can opt in by selecting the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form and submitting the form.

The checkbox is not preselected. Providing your phone number or accepting our Privacy Policy does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS notifications.

Consent is not required to request a quote or purchase a service. If you do not select the SMS checkbox, your request will still be processed and we will communicate with you through our usual channels.

You must provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

Message frequency

You may receive up to 2 automated quote-related notifications per request. The first notification also confirms your enrollment for that request.

Additional automated responses may be generated when you send commands such as STOP, START, UNSTOP, or HELP. These administrative responses are separate from the two quote-related notifications.

Notifications are not guaranteed to be immediate. In particular, the notification that your quote has been emailed may arrive several hours after the email itself.

Costs and availability

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Delivery depends on your carrier, country, and network availability. SMS notifications may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please check your email directly rather than relying exclusively on SMS notifications.

Opting out

Reply STOP to the number that sent you the message to stop receiving SMS notifications from that number.

You will receive an automated confirmation of your opt-out. No further quote-related SMS notifications will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your quote request or booking and does not stop communications by email.

You can also contact [email protected] to request removal from SMS notifications.

Re-enabling messages

If you previously replied STOP, send START or UNSTOP to the same number to unblock SMS delivery. You may receive an automated confirmation.

Selecting the website checkbox again does not, by itself, remove a carrier-level STOP block. Re-enabling delivery does not enroll you in marketing or unrelated messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Updates will be published on this page.

Updates do not automatically authorize additional message purposes or marketing messages beyond the consent you provided.
