How It Works
Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you notify us before the scheduled service date:
- More than 25 days before the service — Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Between 15 and 25 days before the service — 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the service — No refund is available.
Once a service has begun, no refund will be issued if terminated early.
How to Submit a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. After verifying your eligibility using the calculator above, please contact us at [email protected] with your booking number and full name.
By completing a booking, the customer authorises the payment method on file to be charged in accordance with the terms outlined above.
Force Majeure
Dolce Vita Limousine is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue closures, flight disruptions, government restrictions, traffic conditions, or mechanical failures. Refunds in these situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Your Responsibilities
Please ensure that all booking details — including dates, times, pick-up locations, and passenger information — are accurate at the time of booking. Dolce Vita Limousine cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
